Growing up, I was always intrigued by observing and understanding people. My fascination was further fueled by shows like CSI and Bones, which analyse human motivation and the reasoning behind their behaviour and decisions. Raised with the belief that there are always different perspectives than my own, I learned the importance of seeing things from others' viewpoints and understanding their reasoning which naturally led me to pursue clinical psychology.
Having experienced the strain of holding too tightly to life's threads, I am dedicated to creating a safe space where you feel genuinely heard. My goal is to collaboratively work with you on untangling those threads whilst navigating life that can often seem daunting and provide a space to explore your thoughts and emotions at your own pace and time without any judgment.
As Elisabeth Kubler-Ross and David Kessler aptly stated, "Learning life’s lessons is not about making your life perfect, but about seeing life as it was meant to be.” I am committed to fostering an environment where healing and growth can flourish, allowing you to navigate your unique journeys with support and understanding. Together, we can explore your unique story, understand its complexities, and work towards a healthier and more resilient future.
