Growing up, I faced challenges in discovering my self-identity, dealing with uncertainties, fear, and anxiety. Living in an Asian-cultured household within a collectivistic society made openness to emotions and mental health particularly challenging, and I believe many can relate to these struggles.

Throughout my journey, I became fascinated by how human interactions can profoundly impact our well-being. Sometimes, all we need is a listening ear and a space where our voices can be heard. These personal experiences have guided me toward psychology, where I am passionate about understanding the complexities of the human mind and behavior and the power they hold in shaping our lives.

As your therapist, I aim to provide a safe space for you to be yourself—a place where you can unmask, be vulnerable, and express yourself freely without fear of judgment. I am eager to work with you, regardless of your gender, age, ethnicity, race, religion, or sexual orientation. I am fluent in English, Mandarin, Cantonese, and conversational Malay. While this journey can be challenging, I am here to support you with the compassion and aid needed to navigate and break through your struggles. If you are ready, let’s embark on this adventure together!
