I always believe that self-exploration can begin at any point in life, and it is never too late to start. My journey to becoming a counsellor has helped me learn not only to listen and understand my own thoughts and emotions, but also to help me listen to unheard voices of the others.  

In my journey of self-exploration, I’ve come to realize how important it is to be truly understood and be heard. We all have stories, struggles, and experiences that deserve attention. As your counsellor, my priority is to create a safe and supportive environment where you can feel secure in expressing yourself, while we work together to explore your unique journey.
