Farahah is a clinical psychologist, having earned her Master of Clinical Psychology from Universiti Kebangsaan Malaysia in 2021. Building upon her foundational knowledge during clinical practicums at public hospitals, she has experiences in addressing mental health challenges among adolescents and young adults. Her clinical practice encompasses a broad spectrum, including mood disorders, eating disorders, personality disorders, neurodevelopmental disorders, and interpersonal issues.
In addition to her clinical roles, Farahah has actively participated in community-based programs dedicated to offering mental health and psychosocial support for children, particularly during times of disasters and crises.
Farahah is a proponent of open dialogue surrounding mental health. She firmly believes in providing individuals with a secure environment conducive to self-discovery and the development of effective coping mechanisms. Her approach is rooted in empowering clients with the knowledge and tools necessary for enhanced self-awareness and resilience.
