I have always believed in the power of authenticity and being true to oneself. Growing up, I faced challenges in developing and maintaining relationships with others, whether it was with family, friends, or romantic partners. I have always been someone who “feels” deeply, with thoughts and emotions that can be intense and sensitive at times. For years, I struggled to understand why I felt so intensely, often resisting rather than accepting myself for who I am. Through therapy, I discovered that when I made peace with myself and let go of any pretenses, I attracted more genuine connections than I ever imagined.
My journey has led me to value authenticity more than anything else, both in myself and in others. That is why my approach in therapy leans towards a person-centered approach—I believe that you are your best therapist. By creating a safe and non-judgmental space, I aim to empower individuals to explore their own truths and find healing from within.
I'm passionate about working with individuals from all walks of life, regardless of gender, race, or sexual orientation. I believe in the importance of inclusivity and diversity, and I'm committed to fostering an environment where everyone feels seen, heard, and valued. I'm here to offer support, understanding, and guidance every step of the way. Being true to oneself means having the courage to let go of what others expect and fully embrace who we are.
