For as long as I can remember, I was a person who felt strongly about many things. My emotions and thoughts have always been intense and sensitive, which has taken me some time to embrace rather than rebel against. I spent many formative years searching for the meaning behind pain, behind identity, behind relationships. To me, that search continues, although I have been able to harness these traits as strengths rather than fight them as weaknesses.
It was through therapy that I was able to grasp my own definition of life, and I hope to be of service to you, whatever it is that you may seek help in. It has taken me most of my life to learn that to need help is to be human, and I am here to say that asking for help is a service you are doing for yourself that deserves recognition.
The aid I have received over the years through therapy has been invaluable to my personal growth, and it is my hope to help you as I have been. To provide a space where your feelings and thoughts are validated as they deserve to be, and to respect you as someone that needs help and as a human being to be seen, to be heard, to be understood. You matter, and it would be an honor for me to sit with you through your life’s journey.
